According to the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB), nearly 1 million retirees living in European countries have made reservations at 4 and 5 star hotels to spend the 2022-2023 winter in Antalya. Most of these tourists are from Germany and some from England. They will stay for 50 Euros all inclusive on average per day.
The concept of Second Life village was designed in regard to every possible need and wish of retirees. According to the Zoning Plan, the Egeocity Project area, which was gross 666.000 m2 before the abandonments, covers a net area of construction of 413.398 m2 after the abandonments.
